Questions we get asked

Do you actually hold stock?

Partly. The lines we turn over regularly sit in our own Shenzhen warehouse — for those, we can ship the same day and send you a photo of the actual lot. Everything else comes through our local network and is confirmed before we quote. We do not pretend the whole catalogue is on our shelves.

What is your minimum order?

There is no fixed MOQ. It depends on the line and where it sits. Sample quantities are usually possible — just ask.

What if the part is wrong on arrival?

Tell us what happened and we will put it right. Handling and return terms are written into the quote, so nothing is left to interpretation afterwards.

How do I pay?

T/T and Trade Assurance are the usual routes. Terms are agreed per order.
