We work two channels at once
Our own stock
A small, rotating set of lines we buy and hold ourselves — mostly parts we are asked for again and again. These ship the same day, and we can photograph the lot before it leaves.
Our local network
Everything else comes from Shenzhen suppliers, distributors and factory surplus we have traded with since 2011, and from partners in Hong Kong. No single warehouse holds the full range of what customers ask for. This is how we cover the rest — and why we can tell you “no” in a day rather than a fortnight.
What we do not do
- We do not sell pulled parts as new. If a part is pulled, the quote says so.
- We do not quote a lead time we have not checked.
- We do not go quiet when we cannot find the part. You get “no” instead of silence.
Where we are
Shenzhen, Guangdong, with sourcing partners in Hong Kong. Our warehouse and our desk sit in the same city, and most of our suppliers are within an hour of it — which is why a stock check here takes hours rather than weeks.
