Shenzhen Haitai Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”) supplies electronic components to business
buyers. This page explains what we do with the information you give us. It is written to be read,
not to hide behind.
What we collect
When you send a quote request, we collect the part numbers, quantities, target price, delivery
date, your email address and — if you upload one — your bill of materials (BOM) file.
We also record the page you came from and the time of the request, so we can answer in context.
We do not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies or third-party analytics on this site.
What we do with it
We use it for one purpose: to answer your request and, if you order, to fulfil the order. That
means our sales staff read it, and where sourcing requires it, we share the specific part numbers
and quantities with the suppliers we buy from. We do not forward your BOM file to anyone.
A BOM tells us what you are building; that is your information, not a purchasing detail.
How long we keep it
Quote records are kept for 24 months so we can honour a repeat price and resolve any dispute
about what was quoted. BOM files are deleted after 90 days unless you ask us to keep them for a
running requirement. You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see below.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your contact details or your BOM to anyone. We do not add you to a
marketing list because you asked for a price.
Your rights
Email sales@htinno.com and ask. We will tell you what we
hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, the
same address handles GDPR requests; if you are in California, the same address handles CCPA
requests.
